Hands smells of butter and eggs~ *eww.. lol, coz i was making pineapple tarts. Kinda excited in the first place and spent alot of time in the kitchen *weee~ *playful smirk, did two batches.. one before tutoring with sis and another batch mainly alone at night while listening to the radio, one man show eh? :P Brought some samples for students.. comments from my parents about the 1st batch- tarts' size were quite big, tarts' skin were sort of thick, sugar aint mixed well, etc..*hehe.. learn from mistakes (^^,) well as for the second batch..i find it sort of dry, but the size's smaller ( if ya wondering how small? probably the size of your eyeballs ) lol.. me and my over creative imaginations right? haha...yea but the tarts are really yummy.. *gives myself a pat on my back* admitt am having alittle pineapple phobia now. =X Next wk~ gona buy chocolate chips..then i'll make chocolate tarts. *grin. Well gona share them with friends (sinyee, norm, ray, ian, val, vai, etc.. and the list goes on~) and students. Come to think of it..tart making's pretty cool and fun.. well, it also helps bonding with family~ *winks. Pss.. whisper~ a new idea dorm upon me to learn new recipe, and experiment them every month, yea surprise my parents meanwhile they also shall play a role as guinea pig.. haha.. *Oops =X it's been a long time since i went shopping with mom alone.. that was like... *ponders and drift to memory lane~ she aint gona be working next few days and has thoughts to buy a new pc..probably heading to sim lim sq.. *Jumps up with delight and grin~ *recommended song-> 'I miss u' by Incubus~ though the title sounds sentimental but it's a rock song.. *cool 0 comments |
