Cool thing was i kept in contact with one regular customer and one of the staff over there.. took a picture with a Canadian mix Singaporean boy customer as well..

following weeks, back to swim & gym. Five more weeks to term holidays... Three more weeks to exams... Two more weeks of school left for this term. counting down... *grin

time flies at work today which made me nearly unbelievable. Surprised, Yanni text me while having her science lesson. Today's interesting customers were one from Belgium... yes, i know what you are thinking... Belgium chocolates right? *smirk.. the other was from Holland.. rather interesting conversations. Guess i've to know more countries on the globe real well now..

school was unexpectedly enjoyable. Had practical in the Science lab.. one shocking incident was i was the time keeper for the experiment, the time starts from when the ball bearing dropped from a point till it landed on another point in the burette.... well, so there i was doing my 'duty' holding on to the digital stopwatch with lab partner... what surprised me was so happened that all 3 timings are exactly the same 4 seconds and 6 milli seconds. *gasp.. The possibility of obtaining it was so slim and yet i could obtained it. This is way cool!

Count down, two more days on the hill... boy, were the monkeys aggressive, one of them actually snatched my bag, i had to swing my extended umbrella to scare them away.. but seriously, the monkey gang aint fun to deal with them. In class, Nic gave me an idea.... "Spray peppermint spray on them" like how females deal with unexpected stalker strangers on the streets. *lol

three group of Japanese students came into the hill's shop.. surprised, all except one of them bought carbonic drink while the rest bought mineral water. (so healthy!) *smirk. Fortunately even though we cant communicate properly but it was an experience.

just before it was time to close the shop, a group of Australian kids and their moms came and bought some ice cream. One of the mom suddenly said that she like the music played in the shop with a smile, asking if it was played from some radio station? The music was Christian songs and it was actually played from cd. =)

Next she asked if i am a Christian. Oh yes, i am and proud to be one! Awesomely, she replied that they all are Christians too! *huge smile, Awesome news! Glory be God's name.

Had Japanese food in school again. *Oiishi.. Class attendance was horrified. Only ten turned up. The hanky lecturer was "boring". I saw many "Zzzzz......" floating around in class. 4 more days working on the hill... *yay!

hey pple, guess whats this?

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

the correct ans is.....

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Macs' twist fries!!

though looks like a spring. *boing~ boing~ *hee. was playing with it when dipping BBQ sauce while waiting for Ade. Oops... the customers sitting next to me saw bouncing my fries in the sauce and laughed politely. The Mcspicy meal.. $6.60, not cheap, first bite was indeed Sss-ppicy~! twist fries tasted kinda like JLS's fries, coated with flour.

Sales overturn at the shop was gooooood! many kids customers buying refreshments! =) Hmm..whats interesting at work? not much, except i get to do what i wana do at work. Be it reading, doing homework, listening to radio. Must say, its a relaxing job but too bad aint no laptop, if not i'll be able to watch vcd at work.. Well basically my duty is to tend the small shop alone, nothing much required of me. Last but not least... i miss running. counting down 6 more weekdays working at Bukit timah hill outlet.

world cup still on going.. tonight's Holland vs Argentina at 3am. This is so gona be interesting!!! I like both countries but... in my opinion, Argentina will most probably win the match. They won 6 goals in one match previously. My jaw almost dropped to the floor (:

Was tending Bukit timah's outlet shop alone. Doddling... initally was drawing a pic of myself in nic's blue cap but ended up sketching a surfer gal with surfer board. A particular customer walked in and saw the sketch, and taught me how to draw cartoons.. *grin

had a really cool and interesting conversation with another customer, a cyclist. Slightly older than me.. but he is a firefighter. Conversed about encounters, interesting stuffs and topics He was also the last customer of the day!

Dinner in school.... first time sitting and had a real conversation with classmate, Kaman. We had so many things in common upon stumbling, yet we don't talk in class. Guess there was a barrier? hope not in the future... *smile =)

Watched Disney's Cars movie with Cheryl and Yanni.... really interesting show, storyline is touching too.. Lunch was NYDC! Could really that that they enjoyed their cake desserts. Yanni had chocolate layers cake while Cheryl had chocolate banana rum cake. While i skipped mudpie cause was just way too full.. tempting but its worth the wait next round. =)

dinner was spicy Thai food with Yenching despite having sore throat but the craving of it makes me drool . Thankfully food wasnt that spicy like Tom Yam soup.. the last time i had Tom Yam, had it till tears filled my eyes.

Can't wait for "Superman Returns" movie! Find is awesomely cool....

Gym was crowded with users but i managed to Tried the Thomson's mushroom cheese prata.. *thumbs up. Very cheesy and mushroomy. -duh- had a shopping trip with nic before school. *smirk... the shopping virus aint on me! it's him!!! *lol

Im awfully 'tann' from yesterday's swim lessons plus in addition of basketball game with two student boys. Had dinner with jos and sinyee yesterday too, yum! banana Chocolate pizza... a small share of my own while they both had pasta.

Back to working at Bukit Timah hill's outlet for campers next week for four days. Somehow i do dread working there... kinda like boring with a capital "B" cause i'll be tending the shop alone. (second thoughts, im with God) I'll get claustrophobic if i were to stay in shop for a long long long period of time. But for july... i'll be involved with Coach, in child care school assignments in swimming! Awesome!

in a blink of eye, mom was back !!! that familiar smile, familiar voice.... cant wait for her to whip up a delicious meal!!!

World Cup starts.. this is my first time that i was actually into it. Germany won last night. I fell asleep waiting for the game to start and when it really started, eyelids suddenly felt so heavy... *blush.

sometimes God does stuffs that we cant understand, taking away lifes... allowing calamity to happen but for one thing i know, He does it for a reason. Youth Imapct's Rui xiang has been taken away this morning, though she is only in her early teens.. *pray for her parents that they can be strengthen and continue to relay on God with faith.

While watching a documentary, Dad was asking me, since God is so powerful why He allows disasters to happen and people are homeless, suffering... blah blah. *Ears hurt from listening dad's own theory. Dad's close cousin (uncle) believed in Christ recently and dad smirk at him, human's ego can always cause a downfall..

Cardio lessons today! Ran 2.8km in the gym as well, swam with lil sister too.... woah, check out the number of 'charcoal sardines' at the pool. Oops... what i meant was overtanned sunlovers at the pool. Unexpectedly had a dinner gathering with Norm and Sinyee in town. =) the last time we gathered was late January. Dinner was at NYDC! yum~ had my favourite desserts, mudpie!! *grin. Sinyee bought a bag with key and padlock design.... *unique.

really happy for Tennis kahki, Andy, whom i brought to SNL and Godchasers, he just entered army and was hesitating whether to bring along his Bible. I insisted that he has to... Grateful that he did! Finding encouragement from God's words. From my past encounters, God's words are my comfort, help, encouragement, joy, enlightenment, light, etc...

Weekends zoomed past, had swim lessons and just Yesterday, Youth Impact and including 20 Godchasers participate in the Global Day of prayer, held at the National outdoor stadium. =) It was awesomely tiring, enjoyable and fullfilling. Group picture sessions was Yabadabadoo~~~ till camera was low battery. Imagine all the hilarious and creative photos which were taken! Helping to pack goodie bags actually bond as a team... must say 'Good job! Godchasers' *smile (^^,)

During the event, at point of time i felt like crying... but didnt. No tears, its just the "feeling". Touched by what the speaker share.. and there was a part of washing the "sinners feet". The crowd at the stadium was overwhelming and responsive, reminds me of NDP. There were Indian christians too. Praise God.

gym with 4km run. changed nail colours.. alternate colours of black n' green. Eh, wait a second... aint that like the colours of my new blog skin? *grin.. dad had a haircut, looks younger.... third time bring the wrong book to school. *urgh.. saw the outdated timetable.

Today's church games session was long! but i totally enjoyed it. *a huge thanks to the games planners. There was dog and bone game, thaw the frozen t-shirt and wear them on- we kept hitting the frozen shirt on the floor and de-thaw them by the water cooler....*grin, and there was the, human pyrimaid, 'detangle' game, 'guess who' game, chasing the couple around the circle game.... from these days, it just taught me more on team spirit, which is very relevent in God's family. "You guys are cute and smart... but we guys are cuter and smarter" (that's part of our cheer to thank them!) Great to see 3 new comers in Godchasers. Talked about addictions of online games during the sermon.. unexpectedly, females are a huge fan of gamers rather than males from research.

Met up sis for window shop. Last but not least, i've bought a medium green coloured nail polish! (something which i have been looking for high and low) *grin. Watched MTV's room raiders... interesting and entertaining. Counting down to the day mommy returns!

been missing out in posting photos... well, i shall post in the near future!

mom's gone for nine days... to malaysia for church conference activites. Left today.

Work at Bukit timah hill's shop (Nature Desire) was rather alright, enjoyable but it does gets alittle boring especially when tending the shop alone. Some customers were superb entertainers... i started asking non-local customers," where are you from? how's the walk? enjoyed it?"

Thats when they start telling me 'stories'. *hee... They came from all over the world... After socialising with many non local customers at campers corner, they are actually very friendly, chatty and extrovet, Asians are more introvet.... anyway, you never know, in your entire life, you might be only speaking to someone, once in your lifetime. So why not make the best out of it? =)

sch yesterday was awesome again! It was Chemistry lab time... 3 hours in science lab. But the absolutely cool thing was.. chatting with lecturer (one of my favourite) as a friend with some classmates. Playing lecturer's mobile phone and playing the ring tones from the phone aloud.. (which lecturer would actually allow that?! ) *grin... listening to his work experiences (forensic and NUS department) and life stories to the extend back in his school days and family life. *lol... only the "kaypo" me will ask those unrelated to experimental questions that time.. Initally was confused about the steps involve in the methods carried out for the experiment...

Unknowingly i found out that i like chemistry since secondary days... and all chemistry lecturers whom taught me, are always my favourite among all. This is indeed true for my case..
