Gym! ran 5.1 km and the usuals till the back of my... weather was extremely dry and hot to the extend my... *smirk. was smart enough to arrive at the gym clos... hung out at the library with Mom and sis.... and m... Almost gave up doing during the HBH exams today.Fi... Went straight to gym after that... 5km run. I duno but... i felt immune to today's trainings. Or perhaps the reason was i didnt workout during the weekends. Did more cardios this time round. Felt alittle discourage and unfocus... Well, gives myself a shoulder pat* Shall not give up, have to press on and focus... cut down on carbo intake and most importantly NO Supper!! Supper is a killer...during biking, overheard conversations of two housewives.. *Oops.. Since they talked rather loudly, i cant possibly close my ears, right? Poor Val.. fell sick! Get well soon~ *hugs. Wow.. Ian gets a week break this week from army. =) All the best to sin yee muggling for her projects and upcoming tests. Had overdue library books.. hence pop by the Toa Payoh library after tutoring lil j. Weather was extremely hot... hence wore a white cap with a ponytail. 0 comments |
