Hester Age: previous posts Spent 2/3 of the day doing sports! Started of with... gym and ran 5km! Felt great from workout.. and was... the day i have been waiting for.... the moment wit... Had an enjoyable dinner with Val and Simeon.... at... Was watching an interview with Lance Armstrong....... Freaky! guess what??!i went JB alone today! inital... a whole free day to do as i wish.... woke up late,... tutored in the morning. school was AwesomE! many skipped but the 'studious' ones attended.. lecture was so way cool! very interactive.. we sat in a circle while lecturer was explaining about the beat impluse graph.... how to tell, if one has normal heart beat or abnormal from the graph. cool eh? duh... if its just one straight line... the fellow is dead!! no heart beat pulse... if the fellow beat rapidly, this shows his is indeed abnormal... Next, we sat in semi circle right upfront of the screen.... weird thing was, supposely one will doze off sits at the back of the class.... for me? i'll doze off sitting upfront of the screen! *grin... #1 killer was heart attack followed by cancer... and found out that exercising helps reduce the chance, i think i probably overworked and die from exercising! ha.. still i love exercising, no doubt about it. =) i think i'll go into a Physiology and Pathology career if there's a chance. Guess this shall be my last blog, till then! i shall bring Taiwan to you guys! hee..cause i brought two digital cameras, mine and simeon's. *smirk.
