Skipped school and came home to rest... Dad's immediate response was to boil herbal tea. Must say, its a huge bowl of tea.. though tasted bitter but it contains Dad's love *aww.. touched. Mom too, "take two medicine tablets!~" *hee... but i didnt. *Shh... Two-twelveth of the 2006 has past... constantly reminding myself, must make use of the rest of the time well. *grin. bumped into previous job's chefs on my way home at the bus stop... surprised that they still remember me with radiant smile on their faces. *grin. Student, Bao Qi, has a sudden interest in basketball... guess i'll be bring him next Sunday, to join basketball as well, after his exams. Attended Bible study.. it was really enriching. *grin. Though its kinda like History lesson but with God in the picture, its awesomely interesting! Knowing how some things happened and arises.. cause there's a reason behind it. Due to disobedience or otherwise. God loves us and our purpose in life is to love Him back. One cool thing was.. though it was the first time meeting an online friend, Kenlun, we attended Sunday service. It was enjoyable talking to him cause our topic was on God and experiences in Him, this somehow makes me joyous. =) Though its seems like a 'waste' of time... but i enjoyed every moment drawing close to God and the church. To clarify, church aint the structural building but its a group of people who go after God and His desires. Christianity isnt a religion but the relationship with God.. tutored and hung out at J8 with Sinyee and did some errands... gee, ages i last saw her... Helped her to destress by taking a dinner break together and some window shopping. Chicken rice... craving for that! Bought some stuffs too... initally had in mind to get another pair of jeans but turned out that Sinyee bought hers unplanned. while thoughts came to my mind sitting next to student, "do something interesting before, the lesson gets bored, quick think of something" thank God, i didnt conduct a boring lesson with her.... 'being dull' was just aint my cup of style in tutoring. I look forward in hearing laughter, sharing jokes and leaving students a smile on their face before i leave.. it makes them to look forward to their next lesson. =) Touched on History and Home Econs and ended up talking about spagettie.. and now, am craving for mom's spagettie. End of lesson i was grinning.. *silly grin. Had rice and rojak for lunch.. weird combine eh? but i was famished, after packing room and some light workout. School was enjoyable... well, school is always enjoyable for me. Charlene wasnt there.. Nic's in Thailand. Listed down and there are at least 7 assignments to be done.. im piled under them. back to a tutor and student tml.. *hee.. chewing 'blueberry' bubble gum at home....tired of chewing, chocolate still tasted much better! all it does is just melts in my mouth~ and i'll just pop another into my mouth. many things to do... revise modules, do extra research and write notes, do reports, study for one supplementary paper, gym, etc.... of coz not forgetting drawing close to God. =) no excuses. if i cant accomplish parts of those stuffs in 24 hours a day, no matter how many extra 'grace' hours God gives me... i'll still wont be able to accomplish.. with God nothing in impossible! New female tutorial lectuer for today's tutorial.... gee... she's weird in a way.. but she's a surgeon, guess that explains it all. Gee.. change of school schedule again. Friday's lesson is shifted to Saturday afternoon.... had another round of basketball yesterday with Godchasers and Nissi 3. More players this time but equally fun, gotten to know some new gospel friends too. =) Hope to see them on Saturday soon! After all the jumping.. am i alittle taller now? good news, i have dropped one student, which means 6 left. Praying hard that i can drop another two more students, meanwhile 2 reports, one mircobiology supplementary exam paper and some self revision to juggle as well.     This song has touched my heart, especially the ones i bolded in purple... speaks of God's love and his sufferings on the cross. Why? nobody knows.. working in a new environment was fun and enjoyable, had a smile plastered on my face. Its was nothing much to be afraid since i had previous sales experience. Customers wont bite, approaching them could make them feel welcome.. but i do encounter some 'attitude' ones.. had some short friendly chat with non local customers. It was my first time 'playing' with the cashier and scanning items for practise. *grin.. something new! and subway for lunch.... all time favourite sandwiches! *yum.. Had chromography lab experiment in school, Charlene, Ben and i were in a group... which leads to more fun, jokes and laughter. Ben's handwriting was awfully untidy, self praised that he has the doctor's handwriting standard... *rolls my eyes. lol... Charlene called him, Ah Ben... while i called him, Dr Ben.  Mischevious incident happened when i noticed a mobile number written on the board and was asking whose does it belongs to?? Charlene voiced out, why dont you call... while smsing, Ben snatched my phone away playfully and dialed it, prank call... (urgh... how dare he!! its my line) lol. The receiver's voice sounds femine and sweet... but we guess it belongs to the lab technician after we hung up. Char commented some joke regarding Ben has no chance, cause the technician has a huge round pregnant stomach. Though we joked alot in the lab but we managed to be attentive at some times..... a report to be handled up 2 weeks later. *gee. Yesterday was Valentine's Day! Love must be in the air~ *smirk... No special plans but a causal day. Ian was the first to wish Happy Valentine's Day, though he was in camp. *smile. To me, everyday is Valentine's Day! Cause im happy everyday.... for God is love. I've gotten roses assorted colours for every female in the class.. bully those guys in class... lol. The roses were wrapped by student, Cheryl, her mom's a florist. It was so sweet of her....i even took a picture of her wrapping but she shunned away from the camera. *aww... shy. Conicidentally left one rose on my way home... gave mommy! =) Doesnt mean if you are single, you wont have great Valentine's Day! Its how one thinks.... lonely? sad? come on... We the Godchasers, played basketball at Choa Chu Kang, on the hold though its rather far but with the love of God among us, no matter how far, its worth it. =) "My heart rejoices in the Lord, He is the stronghold of my thoughts" No serious injuries after the game. *phew... Surprisingly soon after, i came to know a job vacancy working for Campers' Corner through Hui Shan, though i just knew her recently in the bus. I would never dreamt that i would actually gotten the chance to work there but im hired *grin. Part time staff. They are mainly selling stuffs needed for adventure camps, hiking, travelling, mountain climbing.. Will still be tutoring as well... but with lesser students, praying that i'll be able to let go some students with no hassle... i dont wish be a bondage of anything. gotten a black frame spects with greyish strips design... rather unusual and its brand new. Shall wear that for fun... act nerdy but with style. *hee. Not forgetting the purple spectacles i tried on weeks ago... still aiming for it. =) The gals had flowers as pre-Valentine's day gift. student, lil j, could tell that i've gained weight... shucks. I could simply gain, all i have lost with weeks of effort, in just a day or two... cant deny though i would like to... that training has become a great part of my life. Cant wait to watch Pink Panther. Saw the preview last month and it was hilarious. Wonder why is it called Pink Panther in the first place? Saw the huge soft toy there in Taiwan, had thoughts of getting it. *silly grin.
