Mom gotten free hair perm from friend's hairdressing skills exams... Next, he's gona aim at cutting my hair! no... no way. The last time, which is about 5 months ago, helped Baoqi's mom to be her hair model for her hairdressing exams. This is how it happened: It started to drizzle out of the blue.... just before starting afternoon's swim lesson. I prayed that it would stop and at least allow to conduct half an hour before it start pouring. *tick tock.. drizzle became rain. Having faith in God regarding the weather.. I could sense that kid's mom was worried as raindrops became heavier. Thankfully, there wasnt thunder and student was enjoying herself in the pool under the rain.. =)True enough, half an hour later.... a patch of sun shone brightly despite grey clouds surrounding it! Well, actually before this lesson i wanted to share to student's mom about God.. Brought some gospel materials for her mom to read... but she turned it down cause of her husband disliking about other 'religion' outside from his. On Saturday hilarious... helped coach to 'carry' his broken down bike into his van. Fancy asking a gal instead of a dude to help... his bike is really super duper heavy!! But i managed to observe that, there are 2 planks in his van... *light bulb appeared. (ting!) Hence made used of it as a ramp.. Thank God! if not its impossible to transport it into the van. (: Someone's back after 3 weeks! 3 weeks more for simeon's return... *grin Sermon was about worship. Everybody worship something; the creator or the created.What hit me in the head was the demon possess testimonies that Pastor Daniel gave. That the devil wants to bring as many people into the "hell party" with him.. "yea, the HELL" this freaks me, giving me goosebumps. My ez link was low in cash for today's destination, estimated i could take 4 trips back and forth. Due to time constrain i didnt have spare time in between to top it up. Prayed that the amount is sufficient, truely it was and it was just so nice that i could take extra one trip back home after shopping with 5 bags of groceries. Swim kid, Dyllis gave me some of her homemade rice crispy chocolate treats.. thats really sweet of her. Learnt the receipe from her mom.... shall try it out. Somehow im beginning to like blueberry jams... Miss those childcare swim kids after a week. Always felt welcoming when they greet... noticed they way they called me, first way.... jie jie hamster. Second way... hamster jie jie.... lol. cute. *grin. Suppose to work at Shangri-La hotel as pool lifeguard pool tml but couldnt make it. Saturday's Sermon was about : The power to change lives Many certain times i was thinking, how cool it would be to change lives. Tried but failed in my own strength. Only the same power that raise Jesus is able to change and transform lives. His resurrection power not only cancel one's past but also conquer problems and change personalities. I can feel that Christ Jesus is moulding my life. =) Changing for the better always. There's nobody whom i can rely on but His power. Been in the midst of watching Goong, Korean show! super interesting and hilarious.... i've managed to pass my lifesaving swim test on Monday by close call, it was nerve wrecking that i kept smiling to the examiner until i realised none is smiling including coach.. Something i've learnt lately, always gives an elder a listening ear... Upcoming friday, an all day outing with Carie, food tasting, venturing and beaching. New memories to capture, old to reminisce. Cheryl's birthday is approaching.... wonder how she'll turned out with cake icing on her face. *grin. Japanese kids likes spongebob too! saw them buying the stickers.
