never underestimate the power of sweets on kids. Brought a few sweets and decided to reward today's swim kids. i was amazed by how motivated they were for the sweets. I made them swim many laps, kicked hard, blow bubbles... short breaks and more laps again. (: Finally, it's rewards time. Everyone chose one and eagerly opened the wrapper and popped the sweet into their mouth...
Went gymming this afternoon at Suntec's Planet fitness outlet, the view of ferris wheels (sg flyers) as i was exercising. I quite like the view but.... most of the machines are the same. For a moment, gym equipments made me feel exercising is boring. At least i did crunches! Going to try another outlet tomorrow.
